In consulting engagements, it is not always easy to define clear deliverables and acceptance criteria. We will work with you to set simple and precise objectives for our project and will start working towards the set goals from day-1. Our flexibility allows us to be onsite quickly in remote locations, to adapt to new situations quickly and start providing value and insights early in the project.
Taking ownership, so simple a word but what I believe makes a huge difference in many situations. My mission often is to pick up what other people in an organisation don’t have the time, skills or interest for and driving it to completion, delivering results when they’re due.

Sometimes to solve an internal problem, an objective, external view is just what it takes to provide the required insight. We are able to assess, evaluate and advise in an independent and vendor-agnostic way, without being influenced by any personal preference or internal pressure that may exist.
bridging the gap between functions, departments and teams
Years of technical project experience has taught me that technies speak a different language than business leaders. My preferred role position is to be in the middle, translating the features of technical solutions into business benefits and risks, and, vice versa, translating business objectives into technology solutions that are able to meet the needs of the organisation, and advising management accordingly in their language.

In my role it is key to keep up with technological evolution to remain relevant in this fast-moving world. I am committed to following yearly (classroom!) trainings and I aim to obtain formal certifications in the fields I want to deliver on.

One of the reasons for starting my own company, is having experienced twice that by growing my career in an organisaton, I was becoming too expensive to keep delivering projects. In my current position, my aim is to provide high quality consulting services, without the €250/h price tage.
